Our Estates Vision & Strategy Services
Expert guidance for bespoke estate planning
Our planning process outlined below reflects our full estates vision and strategy planning service. However, we understand that many clients have knowledgeable teams that already have estate strategies in place. Whatever your specific requirements are, our team of education experts will work in partnership to develop a bespoke service package for you.
Our strategic planning process:
Gather: we collate your existing surveys and estate data and identify any important gaps that may need further investigation. Where relevant, we will recommend any additional surveys that may be needed.
Discuss: we develop the best solutions when we have a holistic view of your estate. We recommend taking the time to discuss key priorities and challenges which reflect the current and future needs of the stakeholders who will be using your buildings.
Plan: we will analyse the information collected and develop short and long term costed plans. Together we will discuss options and agree the best way forward. Outputs could include capital prioritisation across your estate, identification of opportunities to reconfigure existing buildings, refurbishment, cost effective new build solutions etc.
Act: we can get started on delivering any capital projects identified for immediate activation, while also working with you on longer term projects including supporting applications for funding or planning approval.
Review: we recommend annual reviews to check the overall estate strategy is still relevant and reflects improvements and learnings made.
