Building Surveyor

Location: Enderby, Leicester

This is a full-time, hybrid role for a Building Surveyor at S2e. The Building Surveyor will be responsible for conducting feasibility studies, project management, and providing expert advice on building projects within the education sector.

Requirements

  • Building surveying skills.

  • Experience in conducting feasibility studies.

  • Expertise in Project Management.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Relevant RICS accredited degree.

  • An ambitious and determined personality.
