If your premises need repair, renovation or expansion, and you are a single academy or part of a small MAT, then you can bid for capital from the Condition Improvement Fund (CIF).
CIF is an annual bidding round offered by the ESFA, for academies with plans to improve their premises and create a safe, secure and positive learning environment for their pupils, teachers and staff.
Funding has been secured for a wide variety of projects such as:

New or extended classrooms
Structural repairs and alterations
Boiler replacement & zoning of heating
Roof and window replacement
Increasing site security and safety
