On Wednesday 26 April, we attended The Academies Show in London. It was our first time at the show which was attended by over 3,000 senior leaders and decision makers from the academy and MAT sector.

The event was an enormous success for us and our stand was full all day!

Our main point of attraction was the NEW £415m Healthy Pupils Capital Programme and our offer of a free eligibility assessment with over 100 people registering during the day.

The fact that we had chocolate money on the stand to hand out probably also helped!

The Healthy Pupils Capital Programme was recently announced by Education Secretary Justine Greening, and will enable primary, secondary and sixth-form colleges to use the funding to pay for facilities to support physical education, after school activities and healthy eating.

If you were not able to attend The Academies Show and would still like to register for a free assessment click here or email us at enquire@s2e.org.uk.
