Tim Warneford joins the S2e team
We are very pleased to welcome Tim Warneford to the expanding Surveyors to Education (S2e) team.
With degrees in both social science and building surveying, Tim has built his career on developing the link between the quality of the built environment and the well-being of those that interact with it.
In the last four years he has worked as a specialist education estates consultant, assisting academy schools to access essential Condition Improvement Funding (CIF) and helping Academy Trusts conduct due diligence as part of estate transfers as well as providing a broad range of strategic estate management services.
Previously working within the social housing sector his career has seen him successfully facilitate inward investment and funding to support the improvement and regeneration of both homes, public and school facilities, leading to better outcomes for families, communities and pupils.
Tim is a governor at a local secondary school and regularly acts as a critical friend to schools considering conversion to academy status and multi-academy trusts seeking to improve their asset management strategies. His experience provides him with invaluable insight into the current challenges faced by academies and the support that is valued most from their service providers and consultants.
Tim lives in Bedfordshire, serving clients across the south east, London and home counties.
