Building Surveyor - Bury St Edmunds
Assistant Business Coordinator (Part-time) – Enderby, Leicester
This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised and proactive individual to join our Enderby team. Working 2-3 days a week with flexible hours, you will play a key role in supporting our project administration.
Requirements:
Assist and support our existing business coordinators and technical staff with the administration of projects in accordance with approved ISO processes.
Experience / knowledge of a cloud-based document management system and / or CRM System is highly desirable. Specifically, Deltek PIM and Vantagepoint.
Dealing with client calls via. the head office telephone number.
Dealing with new enquiries; from initial response, logging the opportunity, and distributing to the relevant internal contact.
Setting up new enquiries, contacts, and projects on our document management system and CRM system.
Management of client database, updating existing client information and adding new via. enquires and referrals.
General office administration duties and business management tasks.
Comply with all company procedures and help maintain and implement ISO 9001 Quality policy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Building Surveyor – Enderby, Leicester
This is a full-time, hybrid role for a Building Surveyor at S2e. The Building Surveyor will be responsible for conducting feasibility studies, project management, and providing expert advice on building projects within the education sector.

Building Surveyor - Bury St Edmunds
We're looking for a Building Surveyor at all levels to join our full-time, hybrid team based in Bury St Edmunds. The Building Surveyor will be responsible for conducting feasibility studies, project management, and providing expert advice on building projects within the education sector. While based in Bury St Edmunds, there's flexibility for some remote work.
