Since its inception in 2013, we have won over £300m of CIF funding for our clients, a success rate of 85%, and delivered over 2,000 capital projects, more than any other RICS qualified CIF consultancy.
Our directors each have 10 years experience with CIF/ACMF funding and personally write every bid, acting as a single point of contact.
