S2e worked alongside Bedford Modern School as multidisciplinary consultant, lead designer and technical coordinator on a RAAC remediation and estate modernisation programme. The project addressed RAAC across parts of the school's roof, with re-roofing, fire compartmentation upgrades, M&E improvements and asbestos removal all delivered while keeping the school fully operational.
